1. Planting and its care: Right season for planting: Tomato can sow in all round the year. For rainy season crop June -July is the right time for sowing, As winter crop Oct-nov and for summer crop Jan-Feb.

Planting using seeds: - Sow the seeds in beds about 0.5-1.25 cm depth, - Treat tomato seeds in hot water about 50-degree Celcius for 25 minutes, not stand up too hot water it affects germination percentage.- seeds will germinate within 5-6 days after sowing if soil temperature is poor it will take 12 days to germination.- Transplant to the main bed or container after 20-25 days after sowing.- While planting tomato seedlings maintain plant spacing for better establishment of tomato crop.
