Shipping policy

We offer pan-India shipping with Free Prepaid Shipping* and Cash on Delivery options. Once you place the order your product would be dispatched within 2-4 days.

We have partnered with some of India's largest logistics companies such as Delhivery, Bluedart, Amazon etc. They make it possible for us to ship our product to almost every corner of the Country.

In case your address is not served by them we would contact you to confirm if we can dispatch it via India Post to make your product reach you. Once dispatched we won't be responsible for any issues like delay, damaged or lost in transit.

All our prepaid orders are shipped within 2 business days. For COD orders, our Customer Service team may call you first to confirm the order amount and rectify any issues with the address, and the COD order shall be dispatched within 2 business days after order confirmation.

Prepaid Shipping:

  • All prepaid non bulky orders & orders over ₹499 value are eligible for free shipping.
  • Prepaid orders are always processed on priority for timely delivery.
  • Your order gets saved from automatic cancellation in case of spam detection.
  • All our prepaid orders are shipped within 2 business days.

Cash on Delivery(COD):

  • You can pay for your order in cash when it arrives at your doorstep.
  • A Cash Collection Fee will be applicable on all COD orders.
  • We may call you first to confirm the order amount and rectify any issues with the address. If you failed to confirm your order it will get cancelled.
  • COD is not available for bulky orders, only the prepaid payment option is available.

Note: Once the order has been processed, and the package has been dispatched to the courier company, any request by the customer to change the delivery address will incur an additional charge.

Shipping Restrictions:

  • All orders will be shipped on business days only, which are Monday - Friday.
  • Cash on Delivery is not available on bulky orders having a weight of more than 3 kgs.
  • Sometimes shipping is not possible due to service unavailability in certain pin-codes.
Shipping Process:
  • Once our system receives your order, we take the product and do a careful inspection to ensure that they are fresh and in perfect shape.
  • When they pass the final stage of quality check, they are packed and handed over to our trusted logistic partners.
  • For tracking the order an AWB number will be shared with you once dispatched.
  • Our logistic partners will then try to deliver the product to you at the earliest possible.
  • In case, they are unable to reach your provided address, they will contact you to resolve the issue.
  • In case the courier company is putting false updates on the tracking page you will need to inform us immediately.

Important: If you didn't receive the product but they marked it as delivered on the tracking page then we request you to inform us immediately. If you failed to inform us within 24 hours of marked delivery, we won't be able to help you.

During festivals, adverse weather conditions or political crises, your shipment could get further delayed. We ensure you that we will try our best to have your product delivered to you on time or else will be notified.
